In today’s business world, where artificial intelligence and digitalization influence all business systems and new management approaches and organizational forms are being implemented, Turkey’s integration with the world and its efforts to adopt new business models highlight the importance of nurturing 21st-century managers with innovative perspectives. The primary rationale of the program is to contribute scientifically and professionally to this process. The core philosophy of the Business Turkish Thesis Master’s Program is to support the development of a new generation of managers with a global and technological vision, which Turkey will increasingly need in the 21st century as its integration with the world accelerates. The fundamental qualities sought in candidates for the Business Turkish Thesis Master’s Program include being aware of the innovations that artificial intelligence and digitalization bring to the business world, adaptability to change, taking on responsibility, embracing a sustainable business and management approach, upholding ethical and moral norms in the workplace, conducting scientific research, generating theoretical ideas, and contributing to existing institutional thoughts. In this program, in addition to the four mandatory courses within the discipline of business, candidates can select four elective courses from among 40 options across four different fields. Candidates may choose all four electives from a single field in which they wish to specialize or select courses from various business-related fields. The designated core fields are structured as follows:

Track-2: Accounting and Finance

Track-3: Data Science and Decision Making

Track-4: Leadership and Management

The objective of the Turkish Thesis-Based Master’s Program in Business Administration is to equip students with theoretical and practical knowledge regarding the fundamental disciplines of business administration and to enable specialization in certain areas. Thus, it aims to provide students who have completed undergraduate education in various academic fields (Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, etc.) with the qualifications necessary to assume managerial roles and responsibilities in the business world during stages such as management and leadership, planning, organization, execution, and control.
